The Customer is responsible for compliance with import laws and regulations in their country. We are not liable for packages seized, delayed, or returned by customs or enforcement agencies.
5. Returns, Refunds & Damages

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases of shipping error or damaged goods, if reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

The Customer may be required to provide photographic evidence or return the affected product before a refund or replacement is issued.
